*Assistant Jailor is the chief executing Officer of the Jail.

*Overall i/c of the safe custody of prisoners and smooth functioning of the Jail.

*Maintenance of all the officials files or records relating to prisoners.

*Admission and released of prisoners.

*i/c of ration and dead stocks etc.

*i/c of granting C/leave to custodial staffs.

*To assist the Dy.Supdt. in the administration.

*also to clean the surrounding of the Jail compound.

*to assist the warder whenever necessary.

15 Chaplain 1 0 *to give counseling and conduct prayer fellowship for the prisoners and staffs.

*i/c of all the programmers organized bin the jail by NGOs, Churches, Unions etc.

16 Medical Officer
